Avinash Kadam, Founder & CEO

ARK Marine is helmed by Founder & CEO Avinash Kadam, a maritime industry veteran with over 35 years of global leadership experience. His expertise spans both technical and commercial vessel operations, backed by a proven track record in high-impact roles:

Global Fleet Technical & Procurement Director – Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement.

Avinash has led cross-functional teams across several countries, driving performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Since founding ARK Marine Consultancy, he has overseen the company’s transformation into a high-performing, trusted consultancy—achieving 371% growth and an annualised growth rate of 29% over eight years. His leadership combines strategic clarity with deep operational insight, setting the tone for everything we do.

Mrunalini Kadam – Finance Director

As Finance Director at ARK Marine Consultancy Pte. Ltd., Mrunalini Kadam brings over three decades of diverse experience in finance, administration, and human resource management.

Based in Singapore, she plays a dual role in overseeing both the finance and HR functions, ensuring operational integrity and fostering a people-first culture across the company’s global footprint.

Her career spans leadership roles in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. Most notably, she served as Senior Membership and Accounts Executive at the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club from 2015 to 2022, where she managed the accounting portfolio of a 10 million SGD club with over 1,600 members. Her contributions included exceeding KPIs by securing over one million SGD in new member sales and organizing large-scale corporate events for up to 100 participants.

Prior to that, Mrunalini successfully ran her own startup business, Divaz, specializing in imported gift items through online and retail channels from 2012 to 2015.

Her earlier experience includes working as an accounts executive and audit assistant in various trading and manufacturing companies in India, where she was responsible for complete accounts management, bookkeeping, and auditing.

Her professional qualifications include:

Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Bombay University

Intermediate certification in Company Secretary (Part 1)

Proficiency in MYOB and Club 2000 accounting software

Certified in MS Excel (Intermediate level)

PDPA compliance training.

Mrunalini is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and is known for her strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution make her a cornerstone of ARK Marine’s leadership team.
